Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Systems Projects Engineer. The role is based between our two Midlands sites in Wednesbury and the Ashby area, spending two to three days at each site weekly. The role does not allow for remote working and involves providing IT & systems support across the UK & Ireland businesses within a small, dynamic, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
* Engage with internal customers and support the business's drive to adopt and continuously improve our use of IT applications and systems within Swegon.
* Support the business, look to derive greater value from our IT estate, and lead projects from scoping and defining justification to seeking approval and creating detailed project plans, including associated commercial costs.
* Work with key stakeholders at all levels to review project requests, provide clear, achievable solutions, and manage projects using a continuous improvement methodology to drive better ROI from IT systems to support business growth.
* Provide hands-on IT support to the UK & Ireland businesses, including scoping new technology and delivering core IT services and IT infrastructure support.
* Collaborate cross-functionally within the small team and with supplier partners, including our MSP, who provides core AD and first-line support.
