The Role
As a Family Solicitor with 1+ years PQE, you will manage a varied caseload of Family matters, working independently from start to finish. You will handle a range of cases, including but not limited to :
* Children matters
* Pre / post-nuptial agreements
* Cohabitation agreements and disputes
* Civil partnerships and financial disputes
You will work closely with an experienced Paralegal to support your billings and a Senior Family Solicitor, providing valuable guidance and mentorship. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact, contributing to the growth of a department with outstanding potential.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in Family Law
* Proven track record of managing Family matters independently
