What You Bring
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink preparation
* Familiarity with managing through KPIs, labour, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and budget considerations
* Experience in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and assistant managers
* Preferably some back-of-house experience and understanding of kitchen operations
