This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a high-quality environment and is ready to take ownership of a key department. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar Inspire, train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service Drive revenue performance while maintaining strong cost control Work closely with senior leadership to continually elevate the guest experience You will bring: Proven management of at least 1 year minimum experience within a quality-led hotel, restaurant or bar Experience in breakfast, bar & lounge, terrace, wedding and events service.
