Salary: £25,000-£26,000 Hours: full time Monday to Friday & weekend working on a rotation basis Key Responsibilities Showroom Customer Service - Welcome visitors promptly, creating positive first impressions - Provide initial guidance on product ranges and showroom layout, ensuring no customer is left unattended - Support senior sales staff by managing initial enquiries, allowing them to focus on complex consultations - Maintain showroom standards, ensuring displays are presentable and marketing materials stocked - Assist with basic product demonstrations and information for customers during busy periods Sales Administration & Order Processing - Process sales paperwork accurately, ensuring smooth transition from sale to delivery - Enter and maintain customer data in our CRM/OMS system with exceptional attention to detail - Follow up on quotes, send additional information to prospects, and support the sales pipeline - Liaise between showroom sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to provide customers with accurate updates - Handle order amendments, special requests, and basic post-sale queries Digital Customer Support - Manage incoming telephone enquiries pr...
