Talent Acquisition Specialist - Enabling SMEs to Thrive and Scale with Exceptional Talent

Are you a proactive Buyer or Procurement professional ready to take the next step? This growing, people-focused organisation is looking for a Senior Buyer / Procurement Officer to support procurement operations, optimise stock levels, improve processes, and help drive commercial performance across a fast-moving environment.

This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, data-driven position and enjoys improving how things work — not just maintaining them.

You’ll join a scaling business where procurement has real influence. You’ll work closely with operations, finance, engineering, and suppliers to make sure the right products are sourced, stock levels are maintained, and purchasing processes run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

* Raise purchase orders and manage day-to-day procurement activity
* Conduct supplier research, gather pricing, and support product selection
* Maintain accurate supplier records and resolve supply issues
* Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency


Stock & Inventory Management

* Coordinate replenishment orders and avoid over- or under-stocking
* Use Business Central to monitor usage and plan stock requirements for field service teams
* Produce reports on purchasing activity, stock accuracy and supplier performance
* Keep system data clean and accurate
* Contribute ideas that streamline processes and support a Lean, improvement-driven culture
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
* Support a culture focused on doing things better every day


What we’re looking for

* 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying or stock control
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
* Experience with inventory or purchasing systems (Business Central is a bonus)
* Analytical mindset and proactive approach

🎯 Up to 8% performance bonus linked to KPIs
