The Role
* Full-time position (30-40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days)
* Work a mix of early finishes (2:30pm) and later shifts (5:00‑6:00pm)
* Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with EYFS
* Support the care, development, and wellbeing of babies and young children
* Contribute confidently to planning, observations, and assessments
* Collaborate as part of a close-knit team
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
* At least 2 years' experience in an early years setting
* Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Confidence in supporting high-quality practice
* Positive team player with a passion for early years education
* Desire to grow professionally within a supportive environment
