About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Payroll Administrator to join our HR Payroll team on a permanent basis. Based in a hybrid role, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and compliance are key. Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing & Compliance
* Assist in processing monthly payrolls for multiple UK entities (approx. 500+ employees), including variations such as SSP, SMP, unpaid leave, and family leave.
* Ensure payroll changes are actioned accurately through reconciliation reports.
* Distribute payslips and support BACS payment processing.
* Submit Real-Time Information (RTI) returns to HMRC and manage pension contributions and auto-enrolment.
* Handle payroll year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds.
* Maintain payroll procedures, documentation, and records in line with legislation.
International Payroll Support
1. Assist in payroll compliance for Norwegian and Indian entities.
