Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Anglian Water team in Norwich. In this pivotal role, you will manage commercial objectives while collaborating closely with operational teams to achieve financial targets and foster strong relationships.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Commercial team, driving profitable outcomes and maintaining robust client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Providing commercial and financial performance forecasts to support informed decision-making.
* Managing all aspects of subcontract accounts, including procurement and final account agreement.
* Producing accurate cash flow forecasts and ensuring timely cash collection.
* Preparing and agreeing contract changes, ensuring full entitlement is achieved.
* Collaborating with operational colleagues to identify efficiencies and resolve challenges early.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you possess:
* Experience working at a senior level in construction or a related sector.
* A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification with sound commercial and business awareness.
* A thorough understanding of the NEC suite of contracts or similar.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
