Responsibilities
* Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of support workers.
* Provide person‑centred care to adults with conditions such as LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions.
* Follow care plans, administer medication and assist with daily living activities.
* Access the community and support with shopping and domestic tasks.
* Ensure values‑based support is delivered to the highest standard.
* Receive on‑the‑job training and opportunity to undertake professional qualifications.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential.
* Ability to demonstrate that your personal values align with ours at Making Space.
* Legally entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom.

* Salary: £22,214 per annum.
* 32 hours weekly; sleep‑in shifts paid at an additional rate.
