ProCook is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Merry Hill Shopping Centre store team.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Your Recipe for Success:
As our Deputy Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating a delightful shopping experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Brief your team on daily goals
* Engage with customers and assist them in finding products
* Train your team on products and customer service
* Maintain store standards and assist with general duties
* Prepare the store for the next day at closing
Requirements:
* Support daily store operations and ensure smooth running
* Take charge in the Store Manager's absence
* Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage repeat visits
* Train and motivate your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors
* Maintain an inviting store layout
* Monitor costs and find savings without compromising quality
* Ensure stock accuracy and report issues
The Ideal Candidate:
* Loves engaging with customers and providing excellent service
* Has retail experience in a similar role
* Driven to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
* Natural leader with a positive attitude
* Excellent communicator and motivator
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable with computers and POS systems
