Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated and commercially minded New Business Development Executive to join a growing creative agency. You will identify and convert new business opportunities with brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to expand the client base, engaging in prospecting, relationship building, and outreach strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research potential brand partners.
* Lead outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
* Develop outreach strategies and contribute to business proposals.
* Coordinate with the team to align on opportunities and creative approaches.
* Manage the entire new business pipeline from initial contact to handover.
* Represent the agency at events and meetings to generate leads.
Requirements:
* Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
* Interest in creative marketing, branding, and storytelling.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with LinkedIn, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools.
* Organized, self-motivated, and adept at relationship building.
* Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Aspiring to grow into a senior role.
