Conduct gas balance, metal detector, & leaker checks, ensuring that required levels and test frequencies are maintained, reporting any anomalies to the Line Leader Conduct weight checks, including average weight checks over all raw materials and finished products. Conduct Pressure tank checks to ensure the finished pack has the correct seal integrity. Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and company policy and procedures are carried out as required. Ensure that the labelling machine is in full working order, reporting any faults immediately to the Line Leader Keep work area clean and tidy and all machines free from labels Conduct all Label changes where applicable Label Verification checks including; Qualify all labelling and traceability, in accordance with the quality assurance documents folder. Conduct 20 min label checks (digi checks) Recording of downtime/performance. (KPI sheets) When lifting any objects maintain ensure correct techniques are employed to prevent personal injury or injury to others if unsure seek assistance Willingness and flexibility to perform other tasks and duties that are not 'usually' performed day to day, required for business reasons.
