Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established, independent firm based in Hull.This firm offer a variety of services to their clients, from audit, accounts, tax, and outsourcing. You will gain a breadth of experience, enabling you to progress with the firm and within your career overall.As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for:
* Preparation of statutory year accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Being involved in client meetings as and when necessary.
* Dealing personal and corporate tax returns.
* Bookkeeping services including the preparation of VAT returns.
* Assist with audit work as and when required.
To be applicable for this Assistant Accountant position, you should:
* Be studying AAT or ACCA.
* Be able to relate well to other staff and work as part of a team.
* Be currently working as an Accountants Assistant in an Accountancy firm.
