Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all departments
* Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with ibis and Accor standards
* Drive commercial performance, manage budgets, and maximize profitability
* The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager, ideally within economy or midscale segments
* Commercially savvy with a track record of delivering results
* For the successful applicant, the role offers the chance to contribute to the success of the hotel in a competitive market while providing individual challenge and personal development.
