This role is for someone who has managed and led a Service department efficiently and used to the day to day changes that a Service Manager is used to! The day to day role of the Service Manager is to make sure the service element of the business are performing perfectly and clients are being looked after. In this role you will be overseeing a team of staff mixed between engineers out on the field and office staff.
