Overview
We’re working with a growing UK-based company solving real-world challenges with a tech-enabled solution sold into enterprise buyers. They’re hiring an Account Executive to lead on new business across strategic accounts, working directly with senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-department deals. This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on high-value contracts and long-term client growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing deals in the £250k–£750k+ range, often involving multiple business units and buyers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
* Lead outbound efforts into net-new enterprise accounts
* Navigate 6–9 month deal cycles involving HR, procurement, and ops teams
* Build multi-stakeholder account plans and collaborate cross-functionally
* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting via CRM
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years closing B2B deals, ideally £250k+ in value
* Proven success in enterprise or complex sales environments
* Experience selling into mid-to-large organisations with multiple decision-makers
* Comfortable managing long sales cycles and consultative sales processes
* Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC
