They are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join their team—an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of key brands, collaborate with leading specialists, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, supportive, and innovation-driven environment. Ideal Requirements for the Brand Manager * A minimum of three years’ proven brand management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to the Urology or medical device market. * An ABPI qualification is essential. * A relevant marketing qualification is highly desirable. * Previous experience in a pharmaceutical sales role would be a strong advantage. Role Responsibilities for the Brand Manager * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each assigned promoted product. * Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders to support strategic objectives. * Oversee the creation and timely delivery of all marketing materials, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by proactively challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation and enhancement. * Foster strong, productive working relationships across the UK team and with colleagues at all levels and in all departments.
