My client is looking to recruit an experienced real estate lawyer to oversee a junior team delivering property management support for landlord clients. The team handles a high volume of leasing and post-completion work across commercial property portfolios, including leases, renewals and a range of tenant applications and consents.

The role:
* Oversee and support a paralegal team managing commercial property matters
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients
* Provide technical input on more complex matters
* Ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards
* Contribute to the ongoing development, training and performance management of the team
About you:
* Qualified commercial real estate lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong background in commercial leasing and property management matters
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
* Confident working with clients
