Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 1st Line Support Engineer located in Pangbourne. The 1st Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for our clients, assisting with operating systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include responding to support tickets, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.
Qualifications
* Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
* Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
* Knowledge of Operating Systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Previous experience in the IT sector is a plus
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are beneficial
