A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a person with strong stakeholder skills to join the Clinical Engineering Group within the Department of Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
This Clinical Technologist role offers the chance to be involved in the entire life cycle of medical devices, from acceptance through preventative maintenance, repair, and finally safe disposal. The role requires solving technical problems involving engineering, electronics, and networking, with good communication skills to convey complex matters clearly.
The post holder will be part of a team delivering multiple projects, requiring flexibility, high motivation, attention to detail, and professional integrity. There are opportunities for career progression in Clinical Science.
The Clinical Engineering Group supports approximately 55,000 pieces of medical equipment across all OUH sites and community locations.
