Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hours: Mon – Friday (days shifts)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Lead/Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic production environment. This specialist site focuses on manufacture of powders and construction material products for major global brands.
About the Role:
As Engineering Lead/Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site maintenance program, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and efficiency.
This includes implementing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies, managing a small team of multi-skilled Maintenance Technicians & Contactors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As the Engineering Lead/Maintenance Manager your key responsibilities are:
1. Lead and develop the Maintenance Team, ensuring high standards of performance and technical competency.
2. Implement proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
3. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor relationships to optimise cost efficiency.
