Your New Adventure Awaits in Nottingham!
Exciting news for our newest recruits! If you start your journey with us between August 4th and August 22nd, you’ll kick off your training and initial deliveries from our Dordon site. But mark your calendars—by August 25th, all training and deliveries will transition to our brand-new Nottingham site!
Worried about the change of scenery? Fear not! We believe in supporting our heroes from day one. Any additional travel costs incurred during this transition will be fully covered by Ocado Logistics, allowing you to focus on mastering your skills without any financial worries.

What We Need From You
No previous experience? No problem! Just bring your awesome self and a positive attitude. Our incredible training team will equip you with all the skills you need to become a Local Legend.
However, there are a few essentials:
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months is desirable).
* Maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Must be over 18, as some deliveries involve handling alcohol products.
* Good communication skills and a knack for delivering joy to our customers.

Our friendly recruitment team will reach out to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. You’ll be invited to learn more about the role through a site tour in Dordon or Nottingham after August 25th.
We’ll also run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you’ll be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!
Contract Details
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
* Contracted Days: Work any 5 days out of 7, doing 8-hour shifts.
* Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as midnight. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
* Pay Structure: Lunar paid—paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
