Science Teacher is required for a specialist SEMH school in the Newcastle area. You will deliver your subject to Key Stages 3 and 4, This is a full timer role to start as soon as possible, and it will be ongoing. This is a fantastic school with mixed sex pupils and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal candidate would:
1. Have good classroom management skills
2. Have a passion for teaching Science
3. Modifying science topics to suit varying cognitive levels and sensory needs
4. Have excellent subject knowledge
5. Be able to organise themselves
6. Implementing specific strategies to create a calm, safe learning environment
