Temporary Administrator
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Temporary Administrator to provide essential cover for two weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting a professional office.
Location: Northampton, MUST drive to rural location
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM - 5:00 PM
Cover Period: 2 weeks (11.08.2025 - 22.08.2025 )
Key Responsibilities:
1. As our Temporary Administrator, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office, including:
2. Mailroom Operations: Managing and operating the mail machine for incoming and outgoing post.
3. Switchboard Management: Efficiently answering and directing calls on our busy switchboard.
4. Visitor Management: Warmly meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring they feel welcome, and providing refreshments as needed.
5. Administrative Support: Performing general administrative duties to assist the team.
6. Boardroom Upkeep: Clearing and tidying boardrooms after meetings.
7. Kitchen Duties: Managing and emptying the dishwasher.

9. training sessions:
10. Friday, 8th August: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (2 hours)
11. Monday, 11th August: Time to be confirmed
Essential Requirements:
12. Driving License: Due to the nature of some duties, a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
13. Professional Demeanour: You'll be meeting and greeting visitors, so a professional and friendly approach is crucial.
14. Work Attire: Business work attire is required.
15. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
16. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for switchboard and visitor interactions.
17. Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
