DAP Project Manager
Position Overview
As a DAP Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple client-facing projects across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will engage with clients from the initial scoping phase through to post-implementation support, ensuring successful outcomes, maximum value, and strong user adoption.
This role requires a confident, proactive leader who can manage complex projects under tight deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Core Client-Facing Project Management
* Lead the management of multiple concurrent projects across various client accounts.
* Support project scoping during Pre-Sales and Discovery phases, ensuring clients fully understand the solution’s capabilities.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure accountability for milestones and deliverables.
* Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams through all stages — design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Act as the champion of client business needs, driving discussions on innovative solutions and new use cases.
* Partner with technical specialists to design scalable solutions, produce value packs, and deliver business insights and recommendations.
* Prepare compelling business cases, value reports, and success stories to support account growth and upsell opportunities.
Operational Excellence & Governance
* Promote and embed best practice across the organisation by contributing to documented operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Stay current with relevant industry developments, product updates, and technology trends.
* Serve as a gatekeeper for strong project governance and act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges.
* Produce comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and project teams.
* Assist the Senior Project Manager with team capacity planning, risk assessment, and opportunity identification.
Collaboration Across Partner Alliances
* Lead onboarding efforts for new and existing customers, ensuring alignment of business objectives with technical configuration and solution design.
* Partner with strategic alliances and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes jointly to customers.

Essential Experience
* 5+ years in Project Management, Professional Services, or Management Consulting, ideally within learning technologies or enterprise software.
* Proven ability to deliver small, medium, and large-scale projects successfully.
* Demonstrated skill in managing multiple commitments and priorities simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in engaging technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.
* High organisational competence and the ability to guide customers through complex technical processes.
* Passion for technology, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Desirable Experience
* 1+ years’ hands-on experience with Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions.
* Proven track record in enterprise software application implementation, preferably SaaS ERP/CRM or SAP platforms.
* Relevant Project Management or Change Management certifications.
* Experience in change management and/or business analysis.
* Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, process flow optimisation, and organisational change management.
