Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is looking to bring on board a new QSHE Manager to lead health and safety programs at a major site in Surrey. The role involves leading QHSE requirements across the site, ensuring compliance across departments and staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing health and safety team, aiming to drive change and work in a professional, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and operatives
* Maintain high standards of supplier performance and develop health and safety management systems based on best practices
* Analyze risks and implement changes to mitigate them
* Ensure contractors comply with legislation and company guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent and membership of a professional body
* Experience in the built environment, preferably facilities management (Hard FM)
* Proven ability to influence and engage subcontractors to foster safety and compliance culture
* Strong understanding of ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
* Experience in life sciences/R&D is advantageous
