Company Overview
Wakefield Trinity is a proud and historic rugby league club at the heart of the local community, competing in the Betfred Super League from our home at the DIY Kitchens Stadium. We are passionate about our supporters, our city, and delivering an outstanding matchday and visitor experience for everyone who walks through our doors. As we continue to grow both on and off the field, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Club Administrator & Receptionist to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and personable individual to be the first point of contact for visitors, supporters, partners, and colleagues. This is a key role within the club, providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our reception and office functions.
This is a full-time position which also requires availability to work all 13 home games throughout the season, as well as additional club‑led events. Time off in lieu (TOIL) will be provided in line with club policy.
Key Responsibilities

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* A confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied role.
* Able to work flexibly, including matchdays and occasional evenings.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
* Passionate about delivering excellent service to supporters and stakeholders.
