Vanrath are assisting a long-term and award-winning client in recruiting for a Bid Writer position. The successful candidate will work for a leading company that is at the forefront of Property, Construction, Facilities Management, Manufacturing and Renewable Energy.

Responsibilities:
* Respond to PQQs and ITTs
* Prepare and execute proposals, aligning with company standards
* Draw client needs through reviewing tender documents
* Coordinate between internal teams to gather any information needed for bid submission
* Work with the business development and commercial teams to align bids
* Add to and maintain the bid database
* Add to bid library to assist with future bids
* Supporting marketing and business development campaigns
* Research new and existing markets and services for new business
* Provide content for capability statements, presentations, website and marketing purposes
* Post-bid reviews and outcome analysis
The Ideal Person:
* Experience writing or assisting in writing bids
* Educated to degree level (ideal not essential) in Construction/Marketing/Law or similar
* Proficient in MS Office programmes
* Adobe InDesign experience
