The Role: As an Account Manager/ Director, you’ll be the driving force behind some of our most exciting campaigns, acting as the link between our clients, internal teams, and partners. From interpreting briefs to managing delivery, your role is to ensure that every activation and project is as creatively bold as it is flawlessly executed. You’ll manage projects across FMCG, lifestyle, and retail brands, ensuring each experience connects emotionally and delivers impact. Key Responsibilities: * Build strong, emotionally intelligent relationships with clients, understanding their world and becoming a trusted extension of their team * Manage brand activation and experiential campaigns from concept through to flawless delivery * Take briefs and collaborate with creative and production teams to turn ideas into standout real-world experiences * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with precision and positivity * Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting with detail and accountability * Contribute to proposals, pitches, and strategic thinking that win and grow business * Stay curious and ahead of industry trends, sharing insights that fuel innovation What We’re Looking For: * 5 years’ experience in brand activation, experiential, or integrated campaigns within an agency environment * Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders * Attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure * Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience * Passion for real-world brand experiences, from strategy through execution * Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills * A team player who thrives in a culture of bold thinking, agility, and ambition
