Role
* Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters
* Represent individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters
* Handle a varied caseload including commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes (including possession claims and enforcement), Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months experience within property litigation law
* Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure
* Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy
* Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness
* Proactive, organised, and a great team player
