Finance Business Partner
Location: Burton-on-Trent (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000, depending on experience

Are you a commercially astute accountant ready to step into a visible, high-impact role with genuine influence across a global business?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of a significant multi-million-pound cost base, and play a key role in delivering commercial insight, driving cost control, and supporting investment decisions.
You'll report into a Commercial Finance Director and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking finance team. The role offers broad exposure across key operational areas and the chance to shape how finance partners with the wider business.
What we’re looking for:
* Part-qualified, finalist or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
* Strong communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels
* Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to challenge, support, and add value beyond the numbers
