We're looking for a creative, motivated, and hands-on individual to lead our land and livestock activities. You will maintain our outdoor spaces, care for animals, and deliver engaging, inclusive sessions that inspire and empower. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead practical outdoor sessions focused on land management and animal care Maintain livestock health and welfare Enhance wildlife habitats and site appearance Perform general site maintenance (e.g., fencing, planting, minor repairs) Supervise volunteers and support students in learning and development Ensure health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and equipment checks What Were Looking For: Experience or strong interest in land and livestock management Enthusiasm for outdoor work in all weathers Ability to adapt sessions to meet individual needs Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Us?
