Randstad is hiring for an exciting opportunity with Walsingham Support. We are looking for experienced Support Workers in Whitehaven, Maryport, and Egremont to support adults with complex needs.

Service Specialisations:
* Nursing and personal care
* Caring for adults (over and under 65)
* Learning and physical disabilities
* Sensory impairments
Pay Rates:
* Weekdays: £13.68 per hour
* Saturdays & Sundays: £15.77 per hour
* Sleep-ins: £64.98 per shift
Requirements:
* Location: Based in or around West Cumbria, Whitehaven, Maryport, or Egremont.
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK experience in residential home services.
* Documentation: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates.
* Work Rights: Unrestricted right to work in the UK. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.
* Driving: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to work with some clients
* Commitment: Minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week. Due to these hours, we cannot accept Skilled Worker or Student visas.

Commitment Policy:
This role requires a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Candidates must prioritize booked shifts and adhere to our 36-hour cancellation policy.
