Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a diverse client portfolio, simultaneously maintaining a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
* Assist with and manage audit assignments.
* Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audits to clients.
* Supervise and mentor trainees with their tasks.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* ACCA/ ACA part-qualified or AAT newly qualified.
* 2-4 years UK practice experience.
* Knowledge of accounting software.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
