Our client, based in Salford within a friendly, small logistics team, is looking for a Customer Service representative with excellent communication and I.T skills.
Salary: £25,200 per annum
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 am - 05:00 pm
Responsibilities include:
1. Using a computer to enter and retrieve information.
2. Liaising with customers and carriers regarding service issues.
3. Processing documents.
4. Scanning documents in accordance with deadlines.
5. Liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and payments.
6. Producing reports to set timetables.
7. Supporting and assisting other departments as instructed.
