We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to take the lead for mandatory and statutory training across the trust and lead a well established and friendly team covering a range of subject areas.

This post will provide strategic leadership and be the organisation lead for statutory and mandatory training across the Trust. They will be a key senior member of the People Development Team.
The post holder will lead the research, development and delivery of excellent statutory and mandatory learning required for all staff to provide safe delivery of care to patients and service users and ensure the Trust meets its statutory and mandatory training requirements for all staff.
The postholder will provide leadership and line management to the clinical skills team in the development and delivery of Basic Life Support (BLS), Moving and Handling, Care Certificate and Calderdale Competencies.
The postholder will engage with and build effective working relationships with other key partners e.g. Trusts/NHSE to ensure that the Trust is aligning its objectives for Statutory and Mandatory training / Growth and Skills Levy with national requirements.
