Are you a Project Manager with a background in utilities, looking for a senior leadership role within a growing business where you'll have real influence over delivery, performance, and long-term strategy? On offer is the chance to join A well-established utility connections specialist delivering end-to-end electricity, gas, water, and telecoms projects for residential, commercial, and industrial developments across the UK. The business is continuing to grow and is now looking for a Project Manager to help strengthen delivery standards, refine internal processes, and support long-term operational growth.
In this position, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the delivery function, guiding internal teams and subcontract partners to keep projects aligned with programme, commercial, and regulatory requirements. You'll act as the senior point of contact for complex technical and client-related matters, working closely with senior leadership to enhance reporting, contractor relationships, and overall service quality.
This role is well suited to a Project Manager from a utilities or infrastructure background who is looking for a leadership position offering hybrid working, structured progression, and the opportunity to influence how a national project delivery team operates.
The Role:
Direct and support the delivery team across multiple national utility connection projects
Manage projects from early application and design stages through to final handover
Coordinate with subcontract partners to secure programmes, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain standards
Act as the escalation point for operational, technical, and client-facing issues
