Customer Liaison Officer Our well established client are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join the friendly team. This position will involve liaising with Clients, Suppliers and the internal Sales and Support teams to ensure that the Customer Service department runs smoothly. Duties will include: Assisting the sales team with the preparation of quotes, and the processing of sales orders and administrative duties Providing excellent customer service Answering and responding to enquiries directly from clients and suppliers in a timely manner Liaising with suppliers for costs and stock availability's Raising of Purchase Orders for suppliers Managing orders placed with suppliers to track deliveries, communicating ETA's both internally and to clients Sending of paperwork to clients via emailCandidate requirements: Experience of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong eye for detail and good organisational skills Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure as part of a team and individually. Previous experience in business administration or customer service office based role would an advantage, but not essential£25,000 - £27,000 DOE Monday-Friday, hybrid working (Mondays and Thursdays are required in office) and then a further day of your choice - 3 days in office and 2 WFH.
