Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated individual to join the Transplant Directorate to provide high quality administrative support.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills and communication skills who can work well under pressure, work well within a team, and manage and organise their own workload, prioritising and delegating as necessary.

This job description is intended as a guide to the main responsibilities of the post. The Transplant Administrator will be required to undertake such duties appropriate to the position as may be required by the Consultants, Transplant Coordinators and/or Line Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service.


Responsibilities

* Provide complete administration support to the Transplant service.
* Communicate both face to face and via telephone to ensure an efficient service is provided to all departments and external sources.
* Work well within a team, manage and organise workload, prioritise and delegate work as necessary.
* Assist Consultants, Transplant Coordinators and Line Manager with duties required to ensure the smooth running of the service.


Eligibility

Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full time permanent contract unless you have:

* applied for a Graduate visa, or
* successfully completed your course and applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment.

As per Home Office guidelines, the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular position.
