Key Responsibilities: Accurately pricing jobs and ensuring all necessary details are recorded. Raising and issuing customer invoices in a timely manner. Supporting the Senior Financial Administrator with daily tasks. Chasing outstanding Purchase Orders. Administering employee timesheets. Managing parking ticket processes and related admin. Carrying out a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as required. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
