Electrical Engineer (Technical Support)
Salary: GBP 55,000 – GBP 60,000 + benefits including van, fuel card, laptop, phone, uniform, PPE, paid door‑to‑door travel, on‑call support 1 in 3, pension, 20 days holiday, bank holidays, parking.
Location: Rochdale
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to all field‑based service engineers.
* Serve as technical support for all customers.
* Prepare parts for field engineers.
* Compile quotations to carry out works on customer sites.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes for parts.
Qualifications
* Electrical background in an industrial environment.
* Experience in a similar role or comfort in an electrical support role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team player.
* Comfortable with travel and staying away when needed.
