Alternating Shifts: Early 6am-2pm,Late 2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proactively identify hazards
Escalate production issues and follow work instructions accurately
Participate in daily Tier 1 meetings to support SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) initiatives
Record production data and update MRP systems efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Share technical knowledge and support team training and development
Uphold quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in CNC machine setting (milling and turning)
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
Familiar with Siemens, Fanuc, and Mazatrol CNC controls
Knowledge of modern cutting tools and offline/online programming
Understanding of 5S workplace organisation principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
