Ivy Resource Group is seeking a part-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm) SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school located on the outskirts of Stroud. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support a child in Reception with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), working alongside the rest of the team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with classroom activities, individualized learning plans, and behavior management.
* Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student’s development.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 30 days working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
* Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication are most important.
* Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
* Enthusiasm: Bring positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.
