Salary:£40,000 - £45,000 pa
Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 7.00am - 4.00pm
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager to oversee a vehicle interior conversion operation. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating coachbuilding activities, guiding a team of skilled fitters and ensuring each conversion is completed to a high standard, on schedule and within agreed costs.
You'll play a hands-on role in planning and organising workloads, identifying potential issues before they escalate, and implementing practical solutions to maintain efficiency and quality. A strong focus on health and safety is essential, as you'll help foster a safe, well-run workshop where people can do their best work.
