Jiga is a transparent manufacturing platform that connects hardware engineers with vetted suppliers for CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and more. Our customers include teams at NASA, Collins Aerospace, Archer, K2 Space, Carbon Robotics, and Siemens. We just raised our Series A.
**What we're looking for**
We need a hands-on campaign manager to own and execute our demand generation programs. This is not a strategy-only role. You'll be running campaigns, managing paid channels, tracking performance, and optimizing for pipeline and revenue.
**What you'll do**
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, email, and industry publications
- Own MQL/SQL targets and optimize funnel conversion rates
- Manage paid acquisition channels and retargeting campaigns
- Build and run lead nurture programs and email automation workflows
- Track campaign performance, report on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics
- Coordinate with freelance writers, designers, and video producers
- Support content calendar and SEO article production (6-8 articles/month)
- Set up A/B testing frameworks and build marketing dashboards
**Must-haves**
- 3-5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing (B2B strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- Data-driven. You live in dashboards and know your way around analytics
- Strong project management. You can juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders without dropping balls
- Comfortable working async with a remote, global team
**Nice-to-haves**
- Experience in B2B marketplaces, manufacturing, hardware, or technical products
- Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) strategies
- Experience with PostHog or similar product analytics tools
