About the Role The successful candidate will oversee SEND provision across the school, working closely with senior leaders, teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure students with additional needs are fully supported. The role will involve: Leading and developing the school’s SEND strategy and provision Coordinating EHCPs, support plans, and targeted interventions Monitoring student progress and ensuring effective support strategies are in place Supporting staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices Liaising with parents, external professionals, and local authorities Ensuring full compliance with SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures You will play a key role in ensuring that the school’s inclusive ethos is embedded across all phases of the school.
