Overview
Our Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is focused on creating a centralised portfolio that drives change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team. The team shapes and optimises project Portfolios to ensure strategic alignment, enhance decision-making, and provide evidence to manage risk across change and transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change and transformation with strong development opportunities and support from your team and peers.
You will be an important part of our PMO, analysing data from PMO colleagues and project and programme managers across our portfolio, helping to set the standards for benefits and value management and then embedding them. You will help our teams to identify, value and validate their project benefits.
Responsibilities
* Analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across the portfolio.
* Help to set and embed standards for benefits and value management.
* Identify, value, and validate project benefits.
* Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting to support decision-making and risk management.
Experience / Skills Required
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills, able to explain complex analysis simply and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and encourage consideration of diversity issues in work.

Working Arrangements
You’ll have an EA Office base location; as a national role, the working location is hybrid. Some travel and overnights may be required. We use smart tools to stay connected and reduce travel.
