About the Role
As a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents. Your role involves devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to each resident's interests and abilities. You will spend time getting to know residents and their families to develop personalized activity programs focused on wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
About You
You should be warm, empathetic, and personable. Strong organizational skills and a driven mindset are essential to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Your enthusiasm and creativity will inspire residents and staff to participate in activities both within the home and in the local community. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to develop your skills and support your career growth.
