Join Rednock School’s thriving 9-strong specialist Maths department as a Teacher of Mathematics, we welcome applications from both experienced teachers and early-career candidates.
The team focus:
1. At Key Stage 3, we are in the process of transitioning to the Sparx Maths scheme of work
2. All students study the AQA GCSE Maths specification, with some students in the higher sets having the opportunity to study towards the AQA Certificate Level 2 Further Mathematics
3. At Key Stage 5, students have the opportunity to study A Level Mathematics and Further Maths following the Edexcel specification
4. In addition we offer the AQA Level 3 Mathematical Studies qualification as an enrichment option at post-16.
Rednock School classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards, flexible TV screens and widespread use of visualisers. We have enthusiastic, motivated students and you will be part of a supportive and collaborative department, with a strong focus on professional development. Our school has amazing views, a strong local community and free on-site parking.
